policy should reveal agencies requiring employees to hold a license as condition of service and employment, simply reimburse the employee cost. No big deal. Shouldn't require any new law.

Hard to imagine, former Magistrate Rose Humway carrying a 357?

There's little constitutional justification for ANY "concealed carry" legislation. It's a right to own and bear a firearm. In any event, as long as we have these licensing laws, magistrates should have to complete a gun safety course before they receive such a permit. They also should have more than a high school education, but that's a separate issue!

When did magistrate start working the night shift? The state eliminated that "little" requirement about 20 years ago....
Part of the CC requirement is a gun safety class!

And these judges shouldn't go through the process to obtain a concealed carry license why???? Just because they don't want to pay the fee??
So when the are voted out or replaced, will they still be able to pack without a permit, or will they then have to go through the process to obtain a CC?
Here's an idea. Wave the fee while they are in office, but require them to go through the same process as the common folks.
