Get rid of the City Manager, and that will save Ninety Thousand Dollars a year!! Get rid of Health Insurance for Part Time Councilmen, that would save a bundle also...Plus, part time City Employees are not 'entitled' to Health insurance, and thats all the Coucilmen are, 'part timers'...
