That 2.5% of the budget has grown to such gigatis proportions that the entire Fed Gov is going to fall. What we really need is a magnifying glass to find it.

One penny out of every dollar in spending will have WHAT effect?

NOTHING! And that is the problem with Big Drama Obama!

If we cut spending by one penny per dollar per YEAR and then limited spending to 17.5% of GDP starting in 2017 the DEFICIT would GO AWAY completely!!

Just that EASY, but gutless BS artist politicians don't have the BAWLZ to even cut one penny, much less TELL THE TRUTH about it.

As reported before by the Governor and many, many State leaders as well as legislator WV Stands Alone in it's service to the low-income and poor women& children of the State. Were they Lying? Is West Virginia dependent on the Federal Government more than admitted by our State?? That would mean that Federal Laws do apply in West Virginia and the State cannot refuse a Federal Right as it has so many times in the past. Just so you know: the CDC is not or in any way going to refuse anyone the test under any circumstances, When the National Health-Care Law goes into effect all citizens of the United States will receive AIDs screening as part of their yearly check-up as is done in all National Health Care Services Worldwide (Germany, Taiwan, Hong-Kong, England, Netherlands, Canada, as well as Massachusetts here in the US already.
