folks:WJU is facing all sorts of Federal criminal fraud charges.Beyer does not want involved.Why would he? The defense costs will be huge.

Did you read the information at all? WJU enrollment is up and donations and funding are up.That is good news. And the vp is becoming president, and he is good.

eileen:All of that would be great news if there were not Federal fraud charges pending.It will cost WJU a fortune for defense and probable fines.

atoddh is right. The loss of future grant money, combined with the legal fees associated with the current troubles and the possibility of grant repayments, may finish the U.

The Pittsburgh banking community and probably UPMC are salivating over the possibility of buying the campus.

No doubt they will be in cahoots with a certain local Bishop and his hospital, which "forgot" to file a required form stating that they were spending $4 million to buy the Mount de Chantal property.
