FACT: There were several "PARTIES" at private residences where juveniles were consuming alcohol where the victim was taken while unconscious. Why were no adult homeowners charged for having alcohol consumed on their property? NO CHARGES AGAINST THE ADULT HOME OWNERS.

FACT: There were at least 3 persons that witnessed the actual RAPE, They have not been charged with failure to report a crime, At least 2 of the witnesses admitted to taking pictures and or video of the naked under aged victim, again NO CHARGES.
