Without the relief,WD may close down.This would/will be a huge loss for the City financially. JUSA-a major tourism draw- was already chased out. WD can not operate with the current tax structure. A WD closure would greatly benefit MNTG.

PLAUSIBLE ALTERNATIVE?

Determine the annual permit fee based upon gross profit from table games with a minimum. Employ someone other than a glorified food and beverage aspirant to properly manage the casino. Then perhaps they can sell the dump!

just like drugs gambling is only legal when it is taxed.
