My question is this...with a 40% increase of patrols, does that translate into a direct increase of costs? ..an increase in arrests?

Is the goal 100% patrol coverage of all areas all of the time?

40% increase in patrols means less arrests because of more police presence. Same cost. Where have you been acousticportal? This has been talked about over and over.
