Approve Firearms For W.Va. Judges

March 14, 2013

Because of what they do for a living, judges and magistrates in West Virginia make lots of enemies. Occasionally, they find themselves in fear of assault in their own courtrooms....

I told someone that I did not believe them when they told me Humway granted an order of protection the way the person stated. I checked it out and it was authentic. Where it asks why the person is afraid-it stated "she said I had mental defects" and the order was GRANTED. That is not a threat. This person paid $1000 for an attorney to defend this nonsense. Ya give all the nuts guns at the cost of the taxpayers. We talk about frivilous lawsuits in civil court, but much of what happens in magistrate is about making money, getting grant money for more public employees, has nothing to do with crime or justice. Its harrassment for some.

A really scarey thought is seeing Rose Humway heading up the road in her boat traveling at 10 miles per hour, sitting on phone books to see over the steering wheel and knowing she's packing. UMMM

I thought the liberals said armed people would not make any difference in schools.

So the Magistrates want protection, but the children get NONE.

HMmmmmmmmmmmmmmh!

City of insanity. Buck Wild should have been about Ohio County, probably the entire state and politics. I wonder if our magistrates would perform for the camera, we know the officers can act, they shot a top rate film at the washington ave gas station, a mock robbery. I bet someone here could win and acadamy award, or an emmy (dont know awards well) but I do know a jack*** when I see one. Honey boo boo gets 5k an episode, our mayor and city mgr and magistrates are worth twice that at least. That would help with tax loss from gambling. Not the old chiefs losses or the liquor fund though. We need MTV. Buck wild is just dumb kids, this could be about the dumb politicians. Could view real magistrate court cases. LOL

WHERE WILL THIS END?

What about utility workers who are often required to turn off the gas, water and/or electric service of irate customers. Should they be permitted to carry firearms for protection. The list is unending and the rationale is clear: STOP IT!!

Judges are already permitted. This is about magistrates. Magistrates are not judges, they have not attended law school. Rose Humway with a pistol-get real. That is what we need, nuts with guns. How about regularly drug testing them for a year or so and then make such proposal. These people are in the wrong field if they are so afraid that they need to carry a gun after all the building security measures and an armed officer. Meter maids make enemies too....NUTS

Since there seems to be more school shootings than courtroom shootings, how about letting students carry firearms to protect themselves. Where is it going to stop?

If they have background checks like everyone else and pass, fine, if not no permit.
