I think there has been alot of local water plants treating frack water but ended up with fines for not doing the job. I'm sure the EPA will be watching along with other groups that will ensure there are fines for failure.

Imagine that. A frack water "recycling" facility located on the banks of the Ohio River. Coincidence???

Wonder how much is going to be "recycled" into the river....
