Throwing money at the education problem will not solve the problem. Too many chiefs and not enough teachers with students who want to learn. The parents need to get involved and stop using the school as a daycare and sports to occupy the children. More trade school and basic school are needed even if you have to force children to attend longer to bring up their education to a higher level.

keep hiring more administrators.that is your money pit.the people at the top will never be able to fix this mess.they are the problem.
