There are some who post on this forum who should do a double take on the above excerpt. Threats of injury or worse made over the Internet are not somehow shielded from legal ramifications. Every post, tweet, comment, etc. has potential ramifications, especially if it appears to be a terroristic threat aimed at a particular person or group. Those who believe they are somehow "legally invisible" because they use the Internet to spew their venom need a reality check. Messages can be traced to their source. The Internet is not a one-way street. It runs in both directions and can lead back to a poster.
