Couldn't agree more. This is managerial negligence on Obama's part. He would rather sow seeds of mean-spiritedness in small ways that cause public consternation than do the right thing at higher levels of Gov't that ordinary people would never feel. Someone should teach him the first rule of leadership: Everything is your fault.
