people don't know what to say. Let me say it for them. " So What ?" When business does anything they don't have to, they are trying to avoid a law suit, skim some money from the government or crowd their competition out.

does this include better truck drivers?anybody been run off the road by these trucks?they'll still retrieve this gas the cheapest way available.they didn't need all of those chemicals in the first place.higher pressure with plain water will do the job.does safety also include removing the mud and grey slime from the roads?
