WE CAN IMPROVE OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS BY DELETING THE TEMPORARY CONTRACT EMPLOYEES OR "triple dipping teachers" THEY GET THEIR SS BENEFITS,RETIRED TEACHERS PAY, AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR HOURLY RATE
