Wait a minute. The adult wearing a seatbelt should their personal choice. But WV has a required helmet law for motorcycles. Ok, I see the logic in it's your choice.

The American people are getting tired of being told to drink milk not coke by government. Why does government always think they need laws passed to protect the safety of the people. Use the commonsense rule it’s your responsibility and your stuck with with results.

Revolutions were fought over this kind of tyrannical government!!

Government NEVER does ANYTHING for the "peoples" benefit!

They simply do what the largest BRIBE tells them to do!!

The insurance lobby has greased palms in a BIG way in West Virginia!!

This nation is now on the brink of war because of corrupt politicians like those in West Virginia so keep it up and let's just get this revolution over with so the people can start a NEW government that is OF the people BY the people and FOR the people!!!
