I have done this with credit cards of bills (when I used to pay them through the mail). Stuff all of their offers back in the envelope with a big red "NO THANKS" on the offers.

Everyone receives this garbage, not just seniors. The junk mail is similar to the TV shopping networks that cater to the sucker that is born every minute.

If seniors (or any group) are dumb enough to fall for these scams, they have no business voting in an election.

How dumb can one be?

Here's a potential solution. If you get this garbage in the mail and it has pre-paid postage on the return envelope, just stuff a bunch of garbage in the envelope and send it back to the sender. If enough people do it, the cost of the postage to the sender will bury them. Just sayin'
