First, there are no prison guards. They are correctional officers. Shows how much the author listened when getting some of his facts. Second, it's true. Budget numbers that are getting played out right now are going to get someone hurt in Ohio prisons. Closings of prisons or selling them off the private companies are adding to the problems. Look at the Lake Erie prison. Since that private company bought it, more problems with security has come out. Just wait on the headlines. This will not go away.
