Well, mentally unbalanced people should also not be allowed to hold public office, work as teachers or police officers, drive cars, fly planes, handle knives, work in food service or public works or run a day care business.

If they are too dangerous to own guns, they are too dangerous to do all of the above jobs.

The Constitution says that we will not be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process. Some judge stating that you can be deprived of your liberties because you are depressed or you pushed your girlfriend is NOT due process.

Yes and the latest 10 murdered Afgan children might be alive today had the US bombs not been dropped on them by our US military. Why is the US still attacking these people? Isn't it past time for the US to get out of that country? Hey Barrack bring the troops home.

The UnIntelligencer at it again. Maybe we need to jail a couple gun dealers. Current law still doesn't cover gun shows, etc. it's broke and needs fixed. Que the Wackos!
