When an administration appoints people to important positions like Treasury Secretary, they also command the IRS. There is no better way to punish people who speak out or disagree with the President than by raking them over the IRS fire. Obama's Treasury Secretary is still Timothy Geithner(?) who could not be appointed to run the IRS until he paid his back taxes on money he earned at Goldman Sachs. So there is no reason to expect ethical treatment from an organization run by a tax scofflaw with marching orders to harass people in the South and Southwest for not agreeing with the President. That the IRS can predict that they will target people indicates that they will audit those nasty Republicans and moderates, and blue dog Dems. Tax collection as a political tool dates back to the founding the US. Ritting that Obama's people want to do that, since he also wishes to do away with the Constitution, Congress AND the post office, all things dating back to the start of America.
