Public relations BS...the cheapest ways are used and the men have no union, no medical insurance unless they pay for it themselves and are replaced with others when ever they complain.all the money goes to the people at the top, companies defraud investors on a regular basis and poor men die. Gas Serfs are our new return to the society that produced the man quoted above..cannon fodder.

Clauzewitz, a famous military author, wrote a very wise line. "Wars are fought by human beings." No matter how carefully you plan, and train, and watch, people will still make mistakes. My company has training sessions, we have our managers and forepeople watching all the time, and dumb stuff still happens. You can regulate till the cows come home, and things will still go wrong. Not that going the other way is smart either. Just bear in mind, we have tons of regulations already, and there is no sign that any new ones will prevent problems the old ones already cover.
