They just need to shift some officers from day shift to night

And the RESIDENTS need to arm themselves and run these thugs out of their neighborhoods

Back when the wise guys ran this town these dirt balls didn't dare do what they are today!!

Contact Curtis Sliwa of the Guardian Angels for starters!!!

Crime increases are a DIRECT result not of smaller police forces but, rather, of the liberal social policies that have destroyed America.

People used to work, go to church, have pride, discipline their kids and have some shame and humility. No more. Today, entertainment, reality TV, welfare handouts and a complete breakdown of the American family and family values have created a dangerous and destructive society.

Until and unless we return to strict moral values, personal responsibility, shame, discipline and a work ethic, crime will continue to increase.

Odd! I haven't heard anything fro the Police Chief. Of course, the union is crying as usual. Like, as stated- Wheeling couls spare a bunch. Everywhere I go in Whg. I see a cruiser, but down town there is no one on foot, as it was before.

Maybe Wheeling can share some....we certainly have more than enough police considering the population, coverage area, and types of "crimes".
