Yeah well this is not the guys first time around this block I would bet. He is a leader in a pill mill and gets 7 yrs, 525 lbs of blow gets 7 yrs and is off again, and what is that Mull chick about to get? Was it 40 years max. There is much too much latitude in the law.

Sounds to me like those who need mental help the most spend the most time in jail. Those who make the most money get the least. Sounds like the lesson is to make a living off of selling drugs but dont be an addict, and you will be treated with more respect as well as doing less time. No sense to me....but then again, I dont claim to understand law, particularly WV law.

This guy gets 6 years for writing a prescription (why don't they put ALL doctors in jail and watch West Virginia fall apart without its' pills and physical therapy)?!

The guy who crashed a plane with 525 lbs. of pure blow, evaded federal marshals for 4 years and got himself extradited back to the US only got 7 years on a minimum security farm!?

Apparently, Senor Gonzales-Ramos didn't have that guy's lawyer. He must have hired a good ole boy West Virginia hick lawyer, instead.
