I have a better idea which should have been started long ago. Why not sell tickets to the demolishing of your city? You could set up bleachers across the street from where they are working and make money. Bonds? What is going to happen if they don't sell enough bonds? That is easy, the people of Wheeling are screwed again like so many times before!
