Why would a parent give a kid a cell phone and leave them open to sexting and to sexual predators? In WV, the legislature has decided that since the government cannot bring itself to force parents who don't feed their kids from the billion government programs that give them money, food stamps and food, that the government must now feed all kids so that parents don't have to. So when will the government start issuing cell phones to kids so they are not excluded from the danger of having a cell phone connection to the world. I luv parents who say they must have phones to call for help in school in case its invaded. When its just kids taking pictures of each other and sending them around or bullying people with them. American parents are dangerous to their kids and other children. Sounds like a T shirt slogan. Is it true that the Gov now will give crack dealers free cell phones? Must be an Obama business stimulus program. They limit you to only 1000 text messages each month though
