If it happens in Benwood, Laurel and Hardy will be in the paper. I actually admire the way they run their city and it does run better than most of the other small towns in northern WV. But I cannot help but wonder, is the floodwall that is holding back the rush or is the Chief's belt. That puppy must be made of American steel as it has held all of that back for years. They should make the floodwall out of the same materials protecting us from the Chief's ever straining navel.
