WNCC is a perfect exmaple of a "can do" college. You can obtain core education credits there and go on to a degree, or you can get technical education that leads to jobs and fills need in our community directly. WVNCC is so much more dynamic than the four yrs institutions in our area who survive by putting students into serious debt to perpetuate the ivy and tweed lifestyles. While 4 yr schools are turning out social science majors by the ton, the community colleges are serving the students and the community with reality based education. Truly lets hope that our legislators and city/county governments helps WVNCC grow. Help them expand even further in Wheeling. Their record in Wheeling and other area campuses is extraordinary.

I must say that the folks at WVNCC hane done a tremendous favor for the city of Wheeling. They have made the area around the college the vocal point of the city. Hopefully the college will be able to obtain the property formerly the Electrical Contractors occupied, what they could do to the surrounding area. Again the College deserves many, many pats on the back. Thanks to all with the great insight and making our community a better place.
