Good for Homer, an American made quality product. Lets hope that the court honors quality and craftsmanship by protecting the brand and patents and saying no to cheesy knockoffs.

Unless they are using the same name or selling china that uses a trademarked pattern, HL has no case.

I prefer US made china and cooking pots (check out All-Clad in Washington County, PA. Best stuff around).

But US made goods are quite a bit more expensive because it is just so expensive to make things here.

Maybe we need tariffs combined with open shop & tort reform changes?
