The HRC should does not help with "most" of its complaints. The rules and regulations are so biased. And they don't follow their own regulations. The State HRC would be completely fair...they don't have connections in the city. It is time...Goodbye City HRC.

I still don't see how the city can't find a way to work things out to save the HRC. If you are able to have the City pay the $11,000 out of their coffers for the health insurance/ benefits that they were willing to use for an assistant city solicitor, then way can't they use it for a program to have 1 full time well qualified committed 25 year employee, Theresa Garrett? If you managed to grant $14,000 then you only have $24,000 to go.Help arrange a fund raising event, Or get rid of the pet project Nelson community Center have they had the same employee 25 years?- heck hold a fund raising event for them too - we have a very friendly giving community who LOVE steak fry events and receptions. There is a way if everyone steps back and works together!IF early intervention is initiated in the Human Rights cases, the City could easily save $$Thousands in lawsuits$$. You can all still work together-fix this-you were elected to look out for ALL even those w money and resources................
