I feel the owner of this property may be in for 3 counts of wrongful death if the statements about the defects and deficiencies of this property are proven

No amount of money awarded by a jury could EVER begin to compensate for the loss of 3 children and the terrible pain and sufferage of the parent's injuries, but if a jury doesn't award at least 40 million on a case like this I would be shocked

I would imagine that her reluctance to speak without counsel present has to do with the law suit she intends to file. Three children lost in the fire and the parent is concerned about legal counsel being present when she speaks to a Fire Marshall. So much for getting to the truth of the matter.
