@ I am assuming that you believe non profits shouldn't be allowed to have raffles and gamble as well? i know people who are truly addicted to bingo and can drop 200 at one sitting. the American legion I frequent raffles guns, has straight up cash 50/50 raffles and raffles many other things. the legion isn't the only place. The schools do it to. the private schools. Like St. Johns catholic schools. Don't say it's ok for the non profits. It's either legal or it isn't. Mind you the non profits are even tax exempt. Some of them are organizations that would blow your mind and you would be like???? they can do that under the tax exempt non profit rule..because YOU may not believe in their cause? Doesn't make it illegal. I don't gamble much myself. Not habitually.

Gambling should be limited to only the casino's and racetracks.
