Chesapeake will continue to be Fly-By-Night. They have to sell $12 billion in assets this year just to fund 2013 CAPEX.

This means that they lack the internal capital or the means to borrow. Why would you sell assets to raise CAPEX funds when interest rates are so low?

Ole Aubrey shafted Chesapeake shareholders multiple times.

I am not in any way involved in Chesapeake so I don't really care if they never produce natural gas, pay royalty checks, earn profits, etc.

I certainly haven't seen increased tax revenues, better government services, more jobs or lower crime in the area.
