if they ever demand me to take urine test or a blood test after i pass a filed sobriety test with no alcohol or very little on my breathe i'm going to say you first. Let me have your blood or urine and you can have mine. We will take your right to the hospital for storage. when i go to court your tested blood or urine will be present as well. My defense will be why should i have to if he or she refuses.

I hate to say it but we need to completely change our political system. Our elected lawmakers are not protecting us anymore. We need to change the system so that once a year there is an election and all new laws must be submitted, reviewed and on the ballot for the public to vote on. simple as that. this is getting pretty bad when a cop can just pull you over and demand to draw blood from your arm and if you refuse your guilty of what ever they decide to accuse you of having in your system.

Sounds to me like they are trying to use PURELY circumstantial evidence to try and convict law abiding citizens!

Another taxpayer funded FISHING expedition!

As was stated, this is simply smoke and mirrors and hocus pocus

It is an effort to try and force a confession by CLAIMING they have scientific or medical PROOF when NONE actually exists!

Just another example of an increasingly oppressive and tyrannical government out of control!

mikeyd "so now the cops will be doctors?"

Why not? The Obama IRS now thinks they're doctors. Subpoenaing medical records during audits, and soon collecting health insurance information and charging Obamacare fines...

It's a Brave New Obama World, America.

Very very dangerous non-medical interpretation. We are slowly losing any right to privacy we once had...thanks*****Bush. Homeland Security has become homeland assault.
