In 2009, President Barack Obama declared America's digital infrastructure to be a "strategic national asset," and in May 2010 the Pentagon set up its new U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), headed by General Keith B. Alexander, director of the National Security Agency (NSA), to defend American military networks and attack other countries' systems.

You bring them to the good ol USA to educate them, then, send them back to China to attack us!

Its the same thing we have been doing for years now. Many of our enemies, we have educated, only to have them attack our citizens in thier own wars, with our knowledge and some of our technologies.

We are stupid people, because we keep doing the same mistake, over and over again, and we never learn from our mistakes.
