Good. Maybe this will force small dog owners to clean up after their dog. I am almost to the point of getting rude. I asked one gentlemen with a small dog if he needed a bag since his focus was anywhere but on the small pile his dog was leaving in a neighbors yard.

Seriously? A cat park?? People that own cats just let them out to run the neighborhood and mess on other people's property. They should get fined like dog owners.

I am not against a dog park. But who will maintain and clean it up? I know, we tax payers. By the way- what about a cat park?? we just have to have equality, you know.

If Wheeling should win this will be just another area that will never be used, soon forgotten, to quickly blend with the rest of decay that is now Wheeling.
