Rule of law??? Are you joking?? This administration cares nothing about rule of law. They do what fits the progressive agenda and eff rules and laws.

Big Labor, backed by the NRLB has nearly destroyed this country. If they were disbanded tomorrow we'd see job growth by Monday morning.

This Board is to protect Americans AND business from abuses in labor law on both sides. If there is no way to enforce the law, then lets have anarchy!

Let's not allow their qualifications get in the way. Just block their placement on the Board to punish the President and obstruct the workings of our government. I'm glad these right wingnuts at the NR/Lack of Intel aren't in charge of anything other than this rag they put out every day.

In another month the NLRB will lose its quorum making it impossible to enforce the law. Is this what conservatives want? Refusing to enforce the rule of law leads to anarchy. Do conservatives want to turn their backs on the rule of law and return to anarchy? It just may happen....
