The ODNR shut down their entire waste disposal operations statewide, for an unlimited time, and are threatening to revoke their certificate, based on allegations from one inspector who did a cursory inspection of one site only, without laboratory testing, a court order, or even an administrative hearing. Not that I disagree with that action, but not exactly “untouchable.”
