Mikey, Mikey, Mikey, You misunderstand. We need the levies to pass for the "TEACHERS' KIDS". Read the fine print. College is expensive for THEIR children.

any financial shortage can be overcome by spending less and selling off assets to make up perceived possession goals.

Now we are finding out where the levy money goes. When are the people going to wake up as to where the money goes? It is SUPPUSED to be for education, not to line the pockets of the co called educators. Appears that voting doesn't do any good. Other means should be tried.

Funny I never knew any of the BOE members or Renzella were from "Chicago".

The legacy of Renzella is conduct public business in secret. The BOE found that its easier to just make decisions without citizen input or any knowledge of it. The Marshall County BOE goes into Executive Session for everything but handing out awards or making feel good proclamations. The BOE is the largest tax burden on MC property owners and yet they conduct budgeting and everything else in Executive session. Secret Gov only exists in a vaccumm where no legitmate journalism is practiced. The SunShine Law was passed by politicians but they will not police themselves, the press must be vigilant to assure that public business is conducted in public. Everything but handing out awards and ceremonies in Marshall County is handled in secret. How would discussion of pay raises for staff in general qualify as personnel action that needed to be kept secret? Power is a corrupting influence and its proven daily in Marshall County. The OV suffers from "lack of press"

"The raises, which will be the first in 23 years in the county."

Do the sheeple really believe that? Actully every year the peeps get about 3.5% for years of service....So in 23 years about 80% in raises, on average!
