That is appropriate but I don't trust politicians so please local representatives make him sign something that guarantees that the tax money goes to the counties that have been dealing with roads and bridges that were not designed for this type of traffic. Not to mention other incidents that accompany their presence such as accidents and other problems affiliated with a bunch of strangers just rolling in town to stay for a couple of years.

In light of the way Gov. Kasich and the Republican General Assembly have starved local governments and schools in Appalachia, unless 100 percent of the increase is returned to the impacted counties, those representatives owe their constituents a "no" vote.
