Let's see, a $34,000. bump in CDBG funds is going to create $7,000 in administration expense cost? That is an awfully high income to admin expense ratio. Maybe CDBG funds are funding the City Manager's woefully outrageous pay increase.

I don't suppose anyone at the federal level considered not spending the funds not used last year for disaster relief. Maybe some of the leftover funds could have been sent to the folks in Texas who suffered the explosion or the the folks in Oklahoma who suffered the tornado.
