the solution to school violence. allow pit bulls to roam the hallways while class is in session. A handler can restrain the attack dogs between class change. Cost should be four pounds meat per week per dog.

uglyassmf is right. It's the owners not the dogs that are at fault and they should be charged accordingly and once an owner is found guilty, unfortunately, the dog should be put down. Always keep your weapon handy to administer justice on the spot.

and i have to carry extra homeowners insurance for a rottwieller.all dogs in a city should be insured.that'll fix this problem since most people with vicious dogs don't have jobs.

Wow...unregistered pit bulls is moving up in the City of Wheeling's crime statistics...just below obstructing, trespassing, and jaywalking. WPD-5,673,499 arrests, Homeless - 0, still homeless, no job, and now fines and criminal records. Good job.

I think it's time for the owners to be criminally charged for the dogs actions. Dog assault some one then the owner faces an appropriate assault charge. Plus the fine for no insurance and registration.
