This is just another effort to extend the Legislative session and at the same time extend the legislator's the pay checks. If you are going to steal something do in out in the open where no one will notice, and that is exactly what is going on here. In Texas the state legislture meets only every other year and for 90 days, and look how well Texas is doing. WV and most states took learn a lesson from Texas. Yost has no shame.

Maybe the State Legislature should do a study on the saving for the state is they only met ever two years. If a state the size of Texas could do it little WV could live with it. Just think less regulation law and less tax changes and maybe a state that could grow with stronger ethic law preventing abuse of power during the time between every two-year meetings.
