so sick and tired of people crying like babies. we have low crime, almost no murder rate and again almost no gun crimes. it happens..but no that often. I will take my chances in wheeling all hours of the night or day.

it happened in a very nice area of wheeling triton. learn your facts. it was a fight..both were to blame. if your hands can have you charged...then anyone who has them should be in jail because they can be used as a deadly weapon. both were drinking..both started shoving. it's a shame someone died..but there are fights everyday..oh..and not just in wheeling lol.

What changed in Wheeling and really killed downtown Wheeling is that it was no longer safe to be in town at night. Is still pretty much that way. Like a lot of America, WV's courts accepted a lot of violent crime without sentencing that way. Anytime you punch someone you risk of causing them serious injury, its not television or a .50cent video. Street crime became the norm in downtown Wheeling. This man punched another and caused his death and thats serious. Will he get an ankle bracelet to save jail costs, unsupervised probation, a trophy? What? drugs, booze, guns, knives and that what we want when the sun goes down. We lock our doors as the predators roam the streets? He killed a human being.
