The Mother of all Plans -WNHAC- cost millions. Nothing of merit has emerged as planned. The only beneficiaries of all the plans have been the out of town planning companies. They have done very well. One exception was Aderholt who was paid hundreds of thousands to pursue the Downtown Outlet Mall; although he had no commercial experience. Not one tenant was ever signed.

Well, as you can clearly see by this graph, we have a plan to drive people out of the city and make those carry overs disappear by building needless sports complexes and undeserved raises for overpaid city managers.

How about posting the 1997 plan so we can refresh our memory and compare the plan to the outcome 15 years later! $100,000 in CDBG (federal tax payers) money could be used for something constructive.....
