People buy this shat and think they can turn a profit on it?

How? Becomes an eyesore and government has to BUY it from them to tear it down?

WTF would any WANT with this crap?

daWraith; what is someone's crap, is another person's industrial salvage and scrap. If I still had relative living in Martin's Ferry or across the river in Warwood and Wheeling then this would be a very sad bit of news. I remember what the place looked like 50 years ago and while never an attractive place, it had the energy that came from employment, jobs that paid very good wages. I am glad that the cousins, aunts and uncles are gone--they wouldn't nor couldn't leave; they and the region would have gone down together.
