By the time these students graduate, the drillers will be gone.

Why are the taxpayers paying for this $33 million Taj Majal in a rural district with a poor, declining population? Why?

Do new buildings = increased test scores?

Do higher teacher wages = increased knowledge?

Does more money = more qualified graduates?

No, no and no.
