There are quite a few states that have a much higher business tax rate than WV and their economies are much stronger and wages significantly higher. There are a multitude of problems in WV but let's just say the problem is democrat taxes and call it a day. It's much easier to make partisan blame and move on...who needs facts.

What came first, the chicken or the egg? One first needs a decent education, and not a college education, to get a sustaining job and then there needs to be a job available. WV hasn't the economic environment to attract jobs because the democrat party taxes business beyond reasonable limits so the party can keep the people in servitude, i.e, thus ensuring, the people are indebted to the politicians. It is a vicious cycle with the politicians winning.

one third from single parent homes.i'd say one third on welfare with a live-in boyfriend that ain't supposed to be there.drug test these parents.unless you are really disabled,you choose to live in poverty.it is a choice.
