MOJO: You're missing a chance to make a political name for yourself. Why don't you take up where your statesman predecessor left off, pick up a copy of the Constitution and scold the Senate into action against this grab for power by the executive branch.

The dictator in charge does not have the authority to change a law by any order - executive or otherwise. His Obamacaremess is the law and he doesn't have the authority to dictate. Where is the outrage democrats so often display?

From the article: Treasury Assistant Secretary Mark Mazur said in a blog post. "We have listened to your feedback and we are taking action."

... by not taking action. Too funny.

High School Civics taught that only Congress can enact (change) a law, and that the President's power was in signing or vetoing it.

Wonder if the Democratic Senate will take this "line-item-veto" to the Supreme Court to reign in Obama's flagrant "thumbing of his nose" toward the Senate's actions.

Bob Byrd must be spinning in his grave while he points to his copy of the Constitution in his inside coat pocket.

Let me get this straight; this health care law that had to be passed as an all-or-nothing package can now be broken up into "please-your-supporter" pieces.

Interesting.

Will we now see the 2016 election candidates buying votes by eliminating other parts of this "you've got to pass the bill to see what's in the bill" mess.

obama (Treasury Dept) had to do it, Mid-Term elections coming up in 2014. Low information voters would have found out they where deceived by obama and the dems.

Just to bid on the navigator process was quite a challenge. I viewed several bids and they were very complex. I don't think enough money eas allocated for that process.

Not surprised. Maybe this will give us time for better regulations on Taft Hartley plans. Employers have been surprised to learn of the penalties which are not as low as they thought!

Don't fund the $100,000,000.00 the IRS needs to "police" OB and no paid Navigators @ $40,000, OB might not even get off the ground, period.

"Unexpectedly"?

NO! It is called ELECTION 2014.

Again, the Dems have to HIDE from the Frankenstein they have created in Obamascare.

WHY?? Keeping kicking that cost can down the road so it becomes a Republican Presidents problem.

they cherry picked the bill. ha h ha. no delay for individuals. Liberal reasoning. The have a hubcap and drivers license. That is close enough to having an automobile. make them register the hubcap and pay insurance.

That’s ok. Your Panderer in Chief delayed closing Guantanamo, getting out of Iraq, getting out of Iran, explaining Benghazi, cutting the deficit in half, implementing immigration reform, implementing cap and trade, repealing the Bush tax cuts, and repealing the Patriot Act, too. So we’re used to it.
