Im sure he was just hung over and was tired of having to move his butt and be disrupted in his car washing for cars to pass.

There should be a law that you must be present at all times in public with your children crossing or walking on roadways until they are 14 yrs of age. Then remove the stop signs.

Traveling down that narrow woodsdale street (maple maybe) and there are cars parked on both sides of the street, some goof out there washing his car, see's me coming about 12 miles and hour and after I pass yells something....SLOW DOWN-ITS 15 MPH-Even the middle age dont know to get out of the road. They should make that street parking on only one side. Think I will suggest that to counsel. At least a warning sign that says....SLOW ADULTS

"..but I myself get tired of all the stop signs and red lights in this city."

Yeah, lets get rid of all of those pesky traffic signals.

Walkers beware! He who has the biggest truck has the "right-of-way"

would those $50 a pair shoes with sparkling lights help motorists see the kids playing nearby ? Maybe a phone app that recognized cars and blares a message at 200 db. " Warning warning, car coming "

It's a 50-50 situation. Children should be taught. Police should get out of their sub-station hide-outs and pay attention. Cruisers should be looking for other than seat belt violations. As for Tim Birch- He pays too much attention to the city "Wanna-Be's" Can't be bothered by those who pay his salary.

I don't think he was clueless, I just think he kept shooting down a lot of suggestions and ideas. It was good to see someone finally tell him, "do this". I just kind of got the feeling that he didn't want to be bothered.

Tim Burch seems to be a man without a clue. Operations Superintendent? How about hiring someone who can at least figure his way out of a wet paper bag.
