Save the money hold the meetings with citizens yourself. Outcome would be the same but not cost US taxpayers more money for yet another study. You are on the board to do the job not pass the job on wasting more tax money! We have had enough of that in the past classic examples. Do not mistake my choice of words against the new company chosen but as a warning we have wasted enough yet more jobs leave.

I thought that's what we pay a City Manager for. The cost should come out of his salary.
