Holder Declares Shooting ‘Tragic and Unnecessary’

Attorney general has federal authorities examining options against Zimmerman

July 16, 2013

WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday called the killing of Trayvon Martin a “tragic, unnecessary shooting,” and said the Justice Department will follow “the facts and the law” as......

What's Holder think about the recent shooting of a black semi-pro football player by a "white" hispanic? I think the victim looked like he could be the president's son also.

Eric Holder, STFU you race baiter!

Throwing gasoline on a fire!

You had your chance to prosecute obvious voter intimidation in Philadelphia by the Black Panthers, you just pandered to the Black Panthers over the citizens of the USA.

SHAME on YOU, RACIST!

You have ZERO credibility with the American People.

You have the blood of over 300 Mexicans and ONE USA border agent with Fast and Furious.

Who appointed him as judge and jury? Maybe he should practice law in Russia.

Trayvon Martin's parents could have made the shooting unnecessary. Why was a troubled teenager walking the streets in the rain, at night, in a crime ridden, unfamiliar neighborhood, alone? Bad parenting at the very root of teen violence.

Will Holder answer for the DOJ's role in fomenting unrest in that county and helping force the resignation of a law enforcement officer? Heaven forbid the rule of law - which he pledged to uphold - prevail.

Both Zimmerman and the former sheriff may have a strong civil rights case against Holder and the DOJ. Unlikely they will pursue it IMHO.

"Tragic and Unnecessary" describes the fact that Zimmerman was even Prosecuted!

A REAL leader would stand and say "This is a country of law and we may not like the outcome, but we need to be calm."

A race baiter says what Holder said.

Why are black leaders concerned about loser Trayvon Martin? If they are REALLY concerned, what about Chicago, almost 1100 murders this year, virtually ALL young blacks.

Detroit kills about 1000 per year, virtually ALL young blacks.

If YOU had a son in Chicago or Detroit, he would probably be DEAD like Traygone because of BLACK on BLACK crime.

What do you have to say about THAT, Mr. Holder???

And while we are AT it, virtually all personal violence in this country is black on black.

Virtually all violent personal attacks on WHITES are by blacks.

What do you have to say about THAT, Mr. Holder?

Zimmerman-Martin case just mirrors the nation, Black man attacks a white or mixed race person.

Sometime they get blown away, duh!

Among the things that Obama has brought with him to America is the idea that the "central" government is all powerful and can suspend rights and any part of the Constitution when it does not fit their political agenda. Making justice part of the political process is what they do in 3rd world countries. Double jeopardy is what the founding fathers hoped to accomplish so the the "crown" could not keep trying people until they get the political decision they want. Few people can defend themselves against a dictator who wants to overrule courts and jail people for his political purposes. Other than media frenzy there was never much REAL evidence in this case. The media created the perception that he was guilty for months, reality is, he wasn't. People who wait for the media to tell them what to think, cannot grasp the real judicial process. That a President wants to set aside judicial decisions is as scary as the IRS scandal. What is going on in this country?

Nothing like fanning the flames...Eric Holder and Obama are the worst thing that this county has ever produced. A young black man said to me Saturday; when you get 100 white people together, they drink beer...you get 100 black people together they fight. What's up with that? I wish I had an answer my friend...

A strange group the african-americans. 95% of them can agree to vote for the same guy (up to 100% in some crime ridden parts of major cities), but they can continuously commit crimes against each other. Also, unlike other parts of the world, it has nothing to do with religion

He's totally right guys. George Zimmerman should have let Trayvon beat the crap out of him. Affirmative action now extends to physical altercations. The minority must now be allowed to pummel the white opponent without fear of bigotry and retaliation. Thank god we live in a system with this kind of equality!

Holder, what a piece of s*** yes man.

They find out that George Zimmerman and his wife mentored two African-American children, abandoned by their biological parents in his own home. Even after the State cut-off funding.

Rest assure, Holder will NOT mention this!

I wonder if Holder would be happy if the DOJ investigation received answers like Hillary gave concerning Bengasi "What does it really matter, at this time".

Or like he himself did during the "Fast & Furious" investigation, not answering and claiming Executive Privilege.

Isn't it about time that everyone sees through the insanity that is this Administration?

If Holder "the criminal" does decide to pursue this course of action, than all tax payer for this and the defense of GZ should be subtracted from the coming budget of a Gov. Agency.

In the 20-day period of the George Zimmerman trial, four minors – three teens and a five-year-old boy - were gunned down in Chicago, according to Homicide Watch Chicago, a Chicago Sun-Times publication, which details every murder that takes place in the city.

Where's the REAL Outrage, Mr. Holder?

dafacts from National Review 7/15/13:

"Relative to their share of the population, African Americans commit dramatically more crime, especially violent crimes and murders, than whites do. Nothing Bouie points to contravenes that fact. The fact that African Americans have been part of the downward trend in crime in the United States over the past few decades doesn’t mean they’re not still committing crimes at shockingly disproportionate rates (though I wouldn’t say “especially criminal” is quite the right way to put that)"
